Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and package weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout Australia and to select international destinations. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You will only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
