Loyalty Program Terms

1. Program Overview
The Walkwear Co. Loyalty Program rewards customers for their purchases and engagement. Members earn points for every dollar spent and can redeem them for discounts on future orders.

2. Eligibility
The program is free to join and open to all customers aged 18+. You must create an account with a valid email address to participate.

3. Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on full-price items. Points are awarded after order shipment. Bonus points may be offered during promotional periods.

4. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers: 100 points = $10 off, 200 points = $25 off, 500 points = $75 off. Minimum purchase requirements may apply.

5. Point Validity
Points remain valid for 24 months from earning date. Unused points will expire automatically after this period.

6. Exclusions
Points cannot be earned on sale items, gift cards, or shipping fees. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining account security. We are not liable for points lost due to unauthorized account access.

8. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Members will receive 30 days’ notice of significant changes.
